Harvested by hand on the Atlantic coast of Figueira da Foz, Portugal, our Artisanal Sea Salt is produced using traditional methods passed down through generations. Slowly crystallised in salt pans over the course of a week, it forms under the sun and wind without any additives or mechanical intervention.

This coarse, unrefined salt retains a natural balance of minerals, offering a clean, honest salinity that enhances the flavour of ingredients without masking them. Ideal for everyday use, from seasoning roast vegetables and meat to enriching pasta water or bread doughs.
