Ordering

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we email to confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order (for example if an item is unavailable or mispriced), and will refund anything already paid.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling. Delivery is charged at checkout as set out on our Delivery & Returns page. We take payment at checkout via our payment provider; we don't store your card details.

Delivery, cancellation and returns

Your rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Our products

We describe our salt as accurately as we can, but natural products vary slightly in colour, crystal and texture batch to batch. Product images are illustrative.

Liability

We don't exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so (including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud). Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.

Privacy and cookies

We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published here when you order.
