Our mission is to revive the rich heritage of traditional sea salt harvesting by bringing our artisanal produce to a new generation of foodies, chefs and food producers.

Our goal is to see the region thrive and see the ‘salt gardens’ glisten once again.
We aim to restore old salt farms to operational levels once again, and are working on attracting a new workforce into the region, showcasing the potential of a career as a salt farmer.
Reviving the region
We pay farmers a fair price for their hard graft, providing an income that can sustain them all year long.
A better income means they can hire temporary workers to help with the harder parts of the job, such as raking and carrying the salt into the warehouses. We also support them in restoring their warehouses and tools, so they can perform to the best of their ability.
